BOOK A CLASS

School of Reps offers performance training for youth athletes of all sports, designed by pros, developed for kids. Coached by youth sports specialists, our programs help elementary, middle and high school athletes at all levels improve speed, agility and strength, while learning principles of health and fitness.

SUMMER SESSION: Competitive Athlete Conditioning (South Orange)

Designed for the competitive youth athlete, this class builds speed, agility, full-body strength and teamwork! Help your athlete meet the needs of their chosen sport and reduce risk of injury by focusing on their neuromuscular efficiency and body awareness. School of Reps' newest class offering addresses these skills in a fun, competitive and challenging environment. This class is designed for the competitive athlete and will challenge them to grow physically and mentally while building on their existing skill set.

Where: Flood Hill, South Orange (indoors at Baird in inclement weather)​

Session: Week of June 22 through mid-August

Tuesdays: 5-5:50pm (rising grades 3rd-5th) & 6-6:50pm (rising grades 6th-9th)
Saturdays: 9-9:50am (rising grades 3rd-5th) & 10-10:50am (rising grades 6th-9th)

SUMMER SESSION: Speed & Conditioning (South Orange)

Increase speed, strength and agility in a course designed for athletes of all skill levels and abilities. Classes provide your child with the foundation needed to improve their physical and mental approach to health, movement and overall wellness. Exercises are designed to improve overall athleticism and build confidence and are adjusted to your child’s skill level and physical development. The goal of this class is to teach your young athlete how to properly move their body, efficiently, safely and to have fun doing so!

Session: Week of June 22 through mid-August

Thursdays: 5-5:50pm (rising grades 3rd-5th) & 6-6:50pm (rising grades 6th-9th)

AUGUST BOOTCAMP: Advanced (South Orange)

Same weeklong format as Beginner/Intermediate classes above that are designed to prepare your athletes for fall sports, but for competitive athletes looking to make significant gains. These classes take our current training philosophy to the next level and incorporate advanced plyometric techniques and multi-directional explosiveness for a more intense, dynamic, full-body workout.

When: Mon- Thurs, weeks of Aug. 17 & Aug. 24
Times: 6:30 - 8:30 PM (rising 5th-9th grades)

AUGUST BOOTCAMP: Beginner/Intermediate (South Orange)

Weeklong sessions specifically designed to prepare your athletes for fall sports. Classes are open to athletes of all experience levels in any sport and will focus on running technique, agility work and conditioning to get them faster, quicker and stronger so they are ready to play their best and reduce injury risk.
 

Where: Flood Hill in South Orange (if weather is bad, indoors at the Baird)
When: Mon- Thurs, weeks of Aug. 17 & Aug. 24
Times: 5:00 - 6:15 PM (rising 3rd-5th grades) & 5:00 - 6:15 PM (rising 6th-9th grade) (these are two separate classes at the same time)
