Speed & Conditioning (at the Baird in South Orange)
Increase agility, strength and athleticism! Classes are designed to provide your child with the foundation needed to improve their physical and mental approach to sports and overall wellness. Exercises are designed to improve overall fitness and are adjusted to your child’s skill level and physical development. Our goal is to teach your young athlete how to properly move their body with the highest efficiency and safety.
Courses are offered year round through the South Orange Recreation Department. Winter classes are in the Baird. Courses in the spring through fall seasons are held outside at Floods Hill in South Orange.
Spring Break SPEED Camp
Get ready for spring sports with this four-day bootcamp designed for youth athletes to improve speed and agility. Use the week off school to learn footwork drills, improve explosion, master proper running form, and gain an extra edge on the field! For grades 3rd - 8th (groups will be divided by age and experience).

Time: 4:30PM - 6PM
Where: Maplecrest Park in Maplewood
Private & Small Group Training
