Our Mission
School of Reps was created by a South Orange parent and a Maplewood parent whose kids play a lot of sports. A lot.
As much fun as they have playing those sports, we wanted to find a way to teach them about why and how we play sports. Understanding the importance of form and technique. Learning how training off the field can benefit performance on the field. Recognizing the difference between pain and injury -- and how to overcome those. Knowing how proper nutrition, sleep and other behaviors can improve their performance during games.

School of Reps is designed to bring decades of our combined knowledge and experience in training athletes to our youth athletes.
