School of Reps is a speed, agility and strength-training program designed by pros, developed for youth.

 

Whether your athlete is interested in getting faster, quicker, or stronger, our students will learn proper techniques and engage in age-specific exercises to get the foundation they need to play at their highest level!

With more than 30 years experience training D1, high school and youth athletes, Dawn Maffucci, Pd.D, ATC, LAT, LMT understands what athletes need and how to translate that to kids of all ages.

Having coached travel baseball, flag football and basketball for 8+ years, Taylor brings a wide range of experience to youth athletics.
